Load Calculation for Office building.

What should be approximate load in WATT per sq. ft area in office building. with considering 21000 sqft builtup area, and 210 persons. Utilities will be A.C., lightings, Computers etc. Is there any thumbrule to calculate the load.

If already energised use a power analyser or data logger to record load variation for the duration of office open hrs
