	What is the equation(s) for calculating the carbon offset against Kwh of electricity produced by fossil fuels? What is the equation for same against trees? does it make a difference which tree? are pine trees better than deciduous?

	Assuming that half the total mass of a tree is carbon, that means that tree contains that much carbon equivalent of CO₂ removed from the atmosphere. If you know the formula of the fuel, you can work out a fairly accurate estimate. The best plants to grow are the very fast growing ones, as these will have the highest carbon uptake rate. __________________ If only you knew the power of the Dark Side of the Force
