TIG Welding

10" 304l with aluminum coating. schedule 10 wall thickness. 3/32 gap. argon needle purge and argon gas shield. 1/8 tungsten with #6 gas nozzel. diffuser(gas lens) rather than collet body diffuser. 70-80 amps. double rice paper dams. gas testing=good atmosphere. STILL GETTING SUGAR! does anyone see a problem?

Yes, you have not explained your problem very well. Also I am not aware of what 'SUGAR' is welding slang for.

Could you please re-state your question more clearly.
