Don't be so cheap. Do like we in the USA would have to do and purchase a copy.

The rest of the world must buy these standards, I see no reason you should not as well. I cant understand the Philosophy in China, where you can just take anything and copy it and distribute it to anyone you want without the consent of the owner of the object/information.

What you are asking is for someone in this forum to illegally share with you a copyrighted piece of literature so that you can circumvent the process by which the originator makes a living. So if we get caught doing this and are levied an expensive fine, will you share the burden with us? Why not avoid all of the middle men and just purchase the information?
