can I use a 1.5 or 2 ton digger as a power plant to run a 5 ton hydrolic winch and feed rollers?????/ I also need to at least 30 mins per min. I understand that the digger will give me 40 liters a min as standard. ????

How do you expect anybody to even begin trying to help you with the scant details that you've provided?
It boggles my mind that people who author posts such as this are actually entrusted with major pieces of equipment!
