store programme

I am working in a company. We have a store, lots of parts in it. I want to ask you about controlling store parts. Incoming and outgoing parts should be under control. We are using Avisoft software but it is not efficient for us.

Do you have any idea to control the inventory of the store? What kind of programme, or way should we follow?
