Simply asking about the fire fighting codes is a different question from asking which codes are in effect to be complied with. You can go look at the NFPA website and get an overview of what NFPA has published, but be aware that NFPA is only one code organization. Each State adopts building, plumbing, electrical, etc. including some version of a fire safety code. If your question is motivated by "what do I need to comply with", then check with your State or local government to see what codes are in force for your area. NFPA is limited to only those States that have adopted it. ICC (International Code Council) has been adopted by nearly all of the States and has its own International Fire Code. NFPA has to try to sell each State on a separate basis to adopt their version independent of the ICC package. If you are designing something for "human" occupancy, you are going to have to look at all of the other codes as well; building, plumbing, etc. as well as ADA accessiblity.
