Power Conservation and Boilers

Dear sir,

Please give me the steps to be taken to minimize the power consumption in the boiler dept.

We are using Paddy husk as its fuel, and vfd for ID fan i want to know the other methods.

Hi,

What form of control do you use on the VFD for the ID fan? There are opportunities to reduce the power consumed depending on the amount of fire on the grate.

Please advise.
