European to ASTM Conversions

We are working in a project with european engineering, but is neccesary to us change every profile into american profiles, so it would be great to find some tables to convert directly from european system to american system

i suppose you would find harmonised standards from European standards institution web site,i have used Harmonised standards on several times i was working for an American company Caterpillar and at times i had similar problems just like yours
