In short, you can't. You have no way of telling which of the meters was passing current during the time the DG was running, or how much was consumed during that time. You're trying to close the stable door after the horse has bolted.

Total KWH /Months=15000+4500+9928+10228=39656

KW=39656/24*31

=53.30

Total KWH of DG =53.30*80 hours(DG hours avalable)

=4264

Total KWH of electricity board=39656-4264=35391 ,is it possible or not

No, it's not right - as sb points out, you have no way of knowing how much (if any) power was used while the DG was running.

It is too approximate. It depends upon the purpose, but except extremely pliant other party it is not OK

If it is for paying to the electricity board, you should have connected the DG output after one main Electricity board meter, and may be put another meter for the DG set. Or for each of the user put the connections after their respective meters.

The simple reason is this, there is a power cut in the night of summer, all ACs on, you feed through DG and in the day when demand is low, you feed from the grid. Do you see the averages not matching?

You can install a meter for the generator. This will give your the total kwh's the generator supplied but will not tell you which custormer used it.
