Epoxy and glass fibre composite,if it happened to be a thermoset complex, it has no recycle value, best suited for filling up use.If the epoxy resin part can be solublized there are chances of glass fibre realization. But the solvent stripper system should be economically viable with least pollution.

If it happened to be an insulation use, on removing the resinous layer, glass wool fibre can be retrieved and reused. Handling glass wool fibre is again risky like contact itching, dusting which are potential dangers to breathing organs and eyes.

As said earlier, think of chipping out the polymer complex[thermoset] and use it for filling in material, wherever possible. Unlike other thermoplastics this complex can not be subjected to heat fusion being of thermoset nature.
