With regard to PU paint.

Would request you to share some Technical Papers, Research Papers related to the following : Effect of Relative Humidity ( which should not be less than 35 % as specified by our designer- so that proper adhesion will take place) on composite structure.

In quite a few paints, I am not sure about the paint you are using, there is a limitation of minimum as well as maximum Relative Humidity.

Th maximum RH we all know the effect of, The minimum RH is specified so that the solvent evaporation does not take place rapidly, since this has an effect of non unifirm evaporation thereby the skin mau be formed too quickly as well as the evaporation before complete curing taking place.

The modern Spray booths will control the RH.

But the credit really goes to my profession.

These all modern equipments we like to attack.

Just think about you painting in this booth, with every thing under control, parameter set, but are yoy sure that the RH sensor working ?

psst I just made it inverted so when you think it is 70% (usually optimum) it is actually only 100-70=30%), and then I watch as the equipment is skinned alive at customers and you are by your boss/customer

I love all these process control equipments next to only the flux capacitors and teletransporters.
