Uhm... Didn't you know? Lighting already IS electricity. Static electricity to be specific. What you're asking is like "how to produese heat from fire?"

Surely, there is a different forum in your native language where this is a hot topic of discussion.

Dear Friend,

To my knowledge, the Lightning is on account of static electricity and we cannot produce power from it.

The voltage may be in the range of as high as 5,00,00,000 Volts and discharge current may be as high as 2,00,000 amps. lasting for several milli seconds to few milliseconds or 1 or 2 seconds discharging instantly causing sudden shoot up of temperature to few thousand Deg,C while discharging.

Think of it like this;

You can harness energy from moving weights by attaching them to ropes and pulleys. But just because you can do that for something like a 1/2 ton weight in an elevator, doesn't mean it is practical to attempt to do it with an entire mountain falling toward you. That's what it would be like to try to harness lightning. Yes, there is a lot of potential energy contained in it, but it is expressed in such a violent and immediate way that there is no way to harness it safely.
