Gee, I hate to be obvious but you might help yourself by being a little more specific in your question to us. What kind of flow are you measuring? Here's a list of possible flows measured by mankind:
Electron flow in a wire
Fluid flow in a pipe
Water flow in a river
Gas flow in a pipe
Air flow over a wing
Magnetic field flow in free space
Cattle through a corral yard
Passenger traffic across Manhattan island
Impertinent questioners to this forum
Solar wind
Heat transfer across a solid media
Blood through an artery, vein, heart, lung, or cancerous tumor
Concepts spreading across civilization
Glacial ice migration
Lava flow
Now that I've briefly touched on some of the myriad of measured flows known to mankind, you might also ponder how to measure, record and respond. Please know at least these few things before asking anybody for help. And remember to tell them at least what you do know. For the best way to not seem foolish is to not act like a fool.

first of all u should know what is your communication system, filed bus , hart , smart, then the range of variable you would like to measure , after that you should make the orifice plate calculation
i think for commmuissioning you must know range and communication type , about the factor it is depending in the pipe dimension, material density
