Where can i buy the stator generator insulation?

Hi,

What is the size of the generator and the voltage rating. Is this for a localised repair job or a full rewind of the stator. What is the temperature rise and altitude of the unit.

All you need to find dealers of krempel, Isovolta or Von roll material in your region.

You can visit their web sites for understanding the material required whether it is low voltage or high voltage generator.

Usually we always done reinsulation for high voltage machine Upper 11.8 kV, with 3000rpm. maybe do you now which one the companby that sell the insulation in asia region?

and must we do hot press to tapping the insulation if we have voltage upper 11.8kV? do you have procedure to reinsulation stator generator?

Regarding insulation, I think looking at rpm of machine it must be turbo generator.

As per my information people replace damaged stator bars with new bars duly insulated with required insulation thickness (generally by Vacuum imprenated to keep avoid derating of machine)
