Really hard to tell not being in place, reading your post, and with the lack of telepatic powers.

Please give a complete description of model, operating conditions, and conditions at the time of the event. Or - even better - read the manual, perform all the possible troubleshooting, and then come up with some specific questions, we will be glad to help.
