can u explain me how it works and is it possible to run a machine by generating more power

Since you didn't sign in, I have to guess at what you mean. Speed breaker is a term some places use for speed control bumps in the road. You cannot generate power from these. It takes more energy to go up than you can get back coming down. In other words, they consume energy. I'm also guessing you mean energy since you can't generate power.

The best you are going to do is reduce wasted energy. Must be worth it or we wouldn't have economisers in boilers.

i have never seen the model of anysuch type of power generater butas i think it can be implemented by placing a speed breaker near a traffic signal and devided into several small parts.

each small will connected by a compressive spring.the spring will absorb energy while a vehicle going over it that can bestored further.
