1 joule is .23885 cal 1MJ is 238.85 Kcal

there is no direct conversion for Nm3 and Sm3 they could be ecatly the same, Nm3 is normal cubic meters (Normal, in this connection, means a temperature of 0 degrees Celsius and a pressure of 1.013 bar, the conditions at which one mole of an ideal
gas has a volume of 22.413837 liters). Sm3 is standard cubic meters which is defined by contract or law. if the contract says "as measured at 0 degrees Celsius and a pressure of 1.013 bar" then they are equal.
