Earthing - Standards

Hi All.

I would like to know the standards about construction/erection of an Earth Pit for Medium Voltage (440 V 50 Hz) network in India (Navi Mumbai). Following information is required:

1) Size of the Earth Plate

2) Earthing Plate metal - When to use copper and When to use GI

3) What should be the depth of the pit

4) What should be the chamber size

Are there any guidelines mentioned in any authentic document/website.
