	Which fluid do you use at -28.6°C ? Which is its viscosity at this temperature? Which kind of power do you expect to use for actuation: human? pneumatics?electric?mechanical? Your question is so formulated that no serious answer can be given but only the above one. In general before writing a question it is recommendable to ask yourself what the one from whom you expect the answer should know !
