Dear All
In order to facilitate for operators to make it easier to report potential problem, visual controls need to be clearly identified and marked. This one will ensure thal all operators could detect if equipment is operating normal and having good operation. Simple visual controls are as:
- do a sign on a gauge for normal operating value;
- rotational arrows;
- painted nuts and location nuts to see if any loosening is occuring;
And we like to extend these kind of visual control. Any contribution, any suggestion, any recommendation to improve this kind of control will have a great value.
Thank you in advance for any advice
