Have you checked your connections between the pendrive and the computer?

Have you tried completely un-installing and reinstalling the driver software?

How about installing the driver software on another computer and trying to connect to the pendrive?

Are you using the correct version of the software for applicable to your computers operating system and your product

Try these first as it is likely a driver or connection issue (it happens).

It may be mapping itself to a drive letter that is already there, if so you will need to remap it. This happened to me recently.
