Many thanks for the help. I will visit and look at each one.

We carry out an external visual inspection every 1/4, and annually there is a detailed internal inspection and certification by an independent 3rd party.

We are a new operation that has taken over an existing maintenance contract from another company, and we are running very fast to get improved systems in place. We don't want to be 100% concerned with the detail at present - just get the base work done - then come around again and polish up the system.

The engineering staff are very experienced in steam and power plant operation - but in the transition from one service provider to another, a lot of maintenance data was "lost".

You could always list the items and factors to be checked and draw your own? Either by hand or computer, and or, print.photocopy them?

Have you checked the Format sheets on word or excel?
