I am Carlos M. Velez from Power Equipment Inc. located in Puerto Rico. We are a manufacturer's representative and we are currently working on a government bid for two lead selenium tubular plate battery banks and seven battery chargers. I've searched but haven't found any custom manufacturer of battery banks. I have all the specifications and requirements about the battery banks.
