does anyone have the actual spec for the kapton heater/element on the top of an applied ESC?

I have no idea what, "an applied ESC" is, but Du Pont Kapton (polyimide) is a high temperature insulating polymer, not a heater.

Try a little more information. Crystal ball is foggy!

ESC is a sizing protocol in the halo buffing dept.

ElectroStatic Chuck (ESC) is an electronics manufacturing device, in this case an aluminum substrate that has an electric circut bonded to its top, with a layer of polyimide "tape" (Kapton tape) covering it. I am looking for the actual OEM spec for that.
