i worked at a shipyard in quincy mass and designed a variable pitch propeller and a showerhead in the mid eighties. i remember the patent office talking to me. can anyone find out how many were produced? i remember mobil oil ordered some showerheads and some powerplants did too. the propeller saved fuel and transmission wear. thank you rochedonald@yahoo.com

Give it up. Your "identity theft" thing didn't go anywhere, this won't either.

Without specific details and DOCUMENTATION you have no legal claim to anything.

And, if you were working for GD at the time, they would certainly have had you assign all intellectual property rights to them. They were paying you, it's theirs, not yours.

Sorry.

i received a call from the trademark office and was told that it being investigated. that is big news. also can someone find the day my blood at mass general hospital received a trademark for helping fight the hepatitis disease. i think it was about 1992. the patent office with the propeller is still the same. the red cross knows the trademark. can someone estimate it`s value?
