termination of cable

Dear, All

is possible to use bolt & nut stainless steel 316, to terminate the power cable on the buss bar. any problem will arise.

Please advise.

Yes, you can do this but why use such a soft bolt.. you should use a grade 8 bolt with lock washers. 316 stainless bolts are very soft. I use grade 8 yellow anodised bolts. these are the same bolts the panel manufactures use. good luck
