Unigraphics to Pro-E?

Could you please kindly let me know how to convert unigraphices file to Pro-E file?

There is a product named CADverter that does this conversion. Make sure you line up the conditions just right or you will have a lot of manual entries to make, the better you can condition the conversion the less time you will spend re-entering in Pro-E. There are probably more programs out there, but I am familiar with this one so I can attest it works.
