A "dashboard" is the general term for a summary of data presented so that one can make an informed choice of prioritization for action. Maintenance dashboards typically show the systems and items coming upo next for PMs and also can show CMs required. There are many software programs available for purchase that have maintenance dashboards as one of the optional views in the program. Check out this one below:

Sandeep,

Your question is a bit vague.
Are you asking about Maintenance software? There are a bunch out there, or if you have time and the knowledge you can build one using a database program like Microsoft Access.
The "dashboard" itself should give you quick access to the most used functions.
