I can't help but think that if you need to ask this, what will you do with the answer?

Yes I want to have a working experience on cnc lathe,I've undergone training w/ small trainer machines for 2 weeks but I'm still not that good at programming & I'm still looking for a company to give me on the job training,I have experience in manual machining this is just to update my skills. Thanks for your time.

typically used to cut or grind (machine) metal or other materials to exact shapes within 1 / 10,000 of an inch

You should have a machinist course and certification at your local college to operate it

Hi! By automating the process of running any machine tool, you can computerize the manufacturing of parts. The relationship between the cutting tool and the material to be formed are standards and I hope you would be familiar with them before you tried to work with any machinery. In a lathe, most of the tooling is static and the part is turned. In a mill, the tool is usually the part that revolves and the part is held down on a table. Back to the lathe. In a CNC machine, a program must be written that tells the machine how to move, when to start the spindle motor, if to turn on coolant, etc. Then the operator must tell the CNC to run that program. It may be interrupted at almost any time. The speeds of the spindle and the feedrate at which the sliding components of the machine move are all dictated by the program but the operator can usually vary them through buttons or pots on the face of the operator panel. If you learn how to program the lathe, the operation of the system is equally important. But once the program is in the CNC and ready to run, the objective is to maximize the speed of manufacturing the part and controlling the wear of the tooling. If the tooling is maximized, you will get long life out of each tool and the finish of the part will be appropriate for the specification of the job. Any time you have to replace a tool, the tool must be qualified through a procedure that lets the machine know the exact placement of the tool relative to some position on the part.

This is only a brief over-view of a lathe. I've been at it for 34 years and I still learn something new about CNC, lathes, mills, and grinders every day. If you are just getting started, find the manufacturer of the CNC and ask them for manuals or instruction. Most offer either or both. Running machine tools is dangerous and you must always be careful in every step of the procedure. You'll need training in Programming, Operations, and general machining. In Europe, as a trainee, you would probably spend your first year working with files on different materials making shapes and parts. This would teach you all about materials. Then you would progress in gentle phases to machinery. The material understanding is basic to all phases of running machine tools.

I know that this is only a beginning phase for you and a general over-view. But seek more from the manufacturer. I work for the 4th largest producer of CNCs in the world: Fagor Automation. If you need my help, you can reach my office at 973-773-3535. Since it's a home/office, that number is good 24/7.
