Arrement is not a word I recognize.

Not that it matters, there is only one source for FCMA starters, they are in India. All information on that technology must come from them, it is not an industry standard technology. They are essentially a Magnetic Amplifier used in a motor starter circuit, very similar to an old technology abandoned in the 1950s called a Mag-Amp starter or an Amplidyne starter. There used to be some sketchy information available on the web, but because the technology is not used any longer (by anyone else), nobody bothers to discuss it much.
