esab plasma cutter-while running cs holes they get larger as you continue through program although all are programmed identically? Have run multiple tests - reprogrammed etc. Any suggestions on the possible cause?

Could you be more specific about your configuration? And are bores still round or go elliptic?

bores stay round, 14 holes/pc 12 pcs. set at 3.5" spacing

on 3/8 material

Been advised it cannot be the program, have changed out parts, looked for power fluctuations, gas input fluctuations

Bear with me, asking questions on behalf of the programmer. Any questions you have please be specific and i will get the answers. thanks D

Can you verify the widh of the cut does not change (widens) with time (this could have several reasons e.g speed fluctuations) so can focus on movement control and troubleshoot it? Can make bore mesurements and give dimentions measured and the series and position each was cut in the part?. When starting new part do dimention come to normal for first bore? Does this depend on the original positon on the table the part was tied? Is the movement for your machine model servo or hydraulic?. For any case check earthing on any linear encoders cabling. You understand with no visual this is not easy task. And another for now. Did this flaw just happen after machine verified working OK before, after servicing or just don't know?
