General equipment ratings are 10, 22, 42, 64 and 100 ka. This may vary by location.

I think the answer to your question is yes. You question, is it available 18 ka, leads me to ask what 'it' is.

scc means short circuit current

Of course the Voltage is important, but for normal , 20KA are available.

The standard breaking capacities, in kA, of (MCCB) switchgear are: 10, 16, 25, 35, 50, 65, 75, 100 & 150. You can choose the nearest higher rated one (i.e.) 20kA MCCB.

There are plenty of MCCB Suppiers in India. To name a reputed few:

L & T, SIEMENS, ABB, SCHNEIDER, ENGLISH-ELECTRC, etc.
