Impeller Blade Design

I am designing an impeller to force air through a channel at the periphery. I want to optimize the efficiency for maximum pressure at the periphery as the flow has to exit through a narrow channel in an axial direction all around. Does anybody know where I can find the appropriate formulas or of a company willing to do the design? The impeller will be about 1 inch OD.
