gearbox failures and defects

hi

where i can find Study, and analysis of gearbox ( spur gears, shafts, bearings, and casing ) failures due to manufacturing defects

because I will Select for one from this defects and starts in its improvement

and I will do the design for gearbox and then evaluate this design using solidworks program

I hope you have a idea about this

I offered an example of a gearbox which could benefit from re-engineering.

I thought you needed something to sink your teeth into and figure out what problems maybe occurring and why.

Do you not?

Or is it that you need me to draw you a picture? Figure it out, it was a wonderfully designed gearbox but something is amiss??
