Do you mean a Master's degree in Technology in Civil Engineering? Never heard of such an advanced engineering degree it in this country (USA). In this country, nearly all college or university Graduate studies programs award a Master of Science Engineering in Civil Engineering diploma.

Where are you searching for such as degree? Please specify country if at all possible!
