Should be part of the specs listed by frame size of the motor. NEMA or IEC depends where it was manufactured and to which standard.

it is mention in IEC 60034-14 "Mechanical vibration of certain machines with shaft heights 56 mm and higher – Measurement, evaluation and limits of vibration severity"
It is just used to describe the fact that the standard you are looking for has to do with motors who's shaft is 56mm above the mounting base, as opposed to smaller ones. the shaft height has nothing to do with the vibration.
So in the above drawing, it would be dimension H on the right hand view.
