For AC motors/drives, there is a starting torque or current limit parameter. It can usually be set over 100% to get optimal starting performance. I believe one or more of the parameters is set differently between your 2 drives.

The AC drives I've used have over 60 programmable settings, several of which can affect the peak current/torque. I normally step through every parameter and write the values down for future reference. Verify that each drive has the same parameters and you should get identical motor performance.

DC drives have fewer parameters, but the same idea applies. Verify each drive has the same settings.

If I understand you correctly, they are both connected to one VFD output but one motor is not developing much torque.

If this is the case, then the motor is likely connected for a higher voltage. reconnect it to the VFD output voltage level and it should be much better. Check the nameplate for correct connection for your voltage.

Your post is not too clear so I hope this is the correct interpretation and may help

Thanks Malcom. I did look all that they both are the same motor what I did yesterday is I increase the torque and it seem working good.Thank you all for your shoot.
