Can anybody help me out in finding the complete list of IS and IEC codes with explanation.

BIS has published a 35-40 page booklet listing out all the electro-technical standards and is available for sale from all BIS Offices.

As regards IEC, may be if you can give me your mail ID, I shall mail you the list of IEC Standards as much as I know.
