thulasibala,

You need to be a bit more specific as there are many possible interlocks required on different types of compressor and many different types of gas and even more types of process.

Interlocks can be start permissives for oil pressure, seal pressure, turning gear disengagment, suction pressure, valve possitions, shaft position, temperature, pressure and on and on and on.

What exactly are you looking for?

Hi

The main interlocks for a rotating machine are

low bearing lube oil header pressure

low seal gas pressure ( since it is a gas compressor)

low Suction pressure ( for a centrifugar compressor)

high shaft Vibrations

high Bearing temperatures.

Since it is a gas compressor and if it is handling combustible gases then gas leak will become the main interlock

more next time

bye
