Welding Austenitic Stainless Steel

austenitic stainless steel welding material for pressure boundary and local bearing weld shall contain a min delta ferrite content of five percent based upon the chemical analysis.

please can anybody make me understand why delta ferrite content of five percent in austenitic is required????
