no of disc insulator

for 132 kV tension string no of disc insulator is considered as 11 where as for suspension it s considered as 10. As the nos is totally depend on the creepage distence. then please inform why it is less in number for sispension string

To take care of rainfalls and other similar aspects which will reduce effective creep distance.
