Standard rating for 11kV breaker

It does worry me a bit when people ask very open ended questions on HV equipment.

Do you mean the voltage? lightining impulse voltage? continuous current capacity, fault current, closing capacity, fault trip operations.. etc etc etc.

Not to mention the VT the CTs for metering, indication, protection. Then there is the consideration is it in infeed, bus section or outgoing feeder?

If you cant specify the question then its likely that you shouldn't be technically involved in the design. So i do hope this is an educational question.

I do not wish to criticise but i run so many training courses on 11kV systems and the standards appall me. I just (today) did maintenance on a major data centre and they had no standards no information and oh god its so dangerous I dont want to continue...

What rating you mean? Voltage Rating? Insulation Withstand Rating? Impulse Voltage Withstand Rating? Continuous Current Rating? Short Circuit Making capacity? Short Circuit Breaking Capacity?
