the word ELCB and RCCB refferes to the same thing

there is no any word like ELCB used in Indian starndard or any international standards for such kind of products, the word RCCB is only used,

Only nomenclature. But, if a difference must be noted, certain types of ELCBs can be volatge operated too (Residual Volatge Operated ELCBs) whereas RCCBs are purely current operated.

agree with that, but nowadays most ELCB is current rated, back to my place there's no more voltage rated ELCB, already restricted no installation of voltage operated ELCB.
