I have smd component SOT143 marked 20W i want it's datasheet

Looking up 20W, it shows a part in a SOT23 pkg (3 leads), are you sure the part you have is in a SOT143 (4 leads)?

yes i am sure itis 4 lesds at is nearly two seperate diodes
