ASME IX QW-408.2

My client reject my GTAW-SMAW WPS/PQR because in the WPS the compositon % of Argon is 99,99% and in the corresponding PQR the composition of Argon is 99,95. ASME only refer to a change in the porcent like a essential variable. my question is: No tolerance are acceptable?

There will be always problem like this when the critical parameters clash and we have faced this n number of times.

As per tolerance, the % is the minimum purity (the maximum is of course 100%)
