Depends on (BTW- the turbines do not rather the alternaters do)

A lot of factors come in picture, primarliy the governor,droop characteristics,...

It depends upon the type of turbine. For parallel operation of two hydraulic turbines please refer to:

This is an elegant analysis. The graphs of the first and second derivatives were hand plotted.
