Solar power providers, are these guys a scam?

This company, claims to provide generation capabilites, any one have any knowlege of them? I don't see any actual end user's & it makes me wonder

Looks like they are renting, selling, leasing Photovoltics for a price favorable to them.

Payout of investment is highly dependent on geographical location and days of sunshine!

Look before you leap.
