As far as I know an insulator does not have a KVA rating.

I believe your disc insulator is rated in KV. Are you asking the what the insulator voltage rating is? There are many rating for disc insulators. You would have to direct you question to the MFG.

And also there is a few other ratings too. The insulators are further designed to the creep length,mechanical strength...

As pointed out by others, porcelain disc insulators are not rated in kva; nor do they have a fault current rating (although some users may have fault current requirements that the insulators must meet). Porcelain suspension (or disc) insulators are defined by industry class (type, voltage, mechanical strength, M&E) which define the type and dimensions of cap and pin as well as the design, routine and conformance test requirements.

In your case, the applicable disc insulator standards may be IEC in which case, I would refer you to IEC Publications 383, 120, and 471. The corresponding USA Standards are ANSI C29.1 and 29.2.
