I want to design the powder seperator <two stage/ multi stage>.Application of Seperator is installed at dryer in Soap Plant. It Comes between dryer & booster. It seperates soap powder from the watervapour+air.
Please Help me.

I thought you wanted to design this powder separator?
We may be able to help you with some of the minor details but if we do the design then it won't be your design now will it. So tell us what part of your design you are having problems with and we will gladly debate a few dozen approaches to solve that part.
